SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) — For the 28th consecutive year, SPAR’s therapeutic adaptive day program hosted its Halloween explosion.
More than 200 participants took part in this evening’s event at Riverview Hall. The annual event is open to the public and geared toward individuals with disabilities.
“I think we are having more fun than they are,” said SPAR Superintendent Theresa Jacobs.
There was plenty of good food and candy, and DJ ‘3 Feet’ had everyone dancing.
