SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) — Fat Calf Brasserie has announced its grand celebration, Fête du Veau, to serve Shreveport’s Highland neighborhood.
Fat Calf Brasserie is French-inspired and uses locally sourced ingredients known for its inventive dishes and for bringing the community together, led by Chef Anthony Felan.
On Sunday, November 24th, from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m., they invite the public to enjoy an afternoon of food and wine sampling from an extensive international wine collection.
‘Chef Anthony and the talented Fat Calf team have curated a sumptuous buffet-style feast, complete with passed hors d’oeuvres and decadent desserts. Guests will be treated to tastings of 35 premium wines from around the world, sample creative specialty cocktails from our skilled bartenders, and enjoy live music from Junior The Third,’ according to the news release.
