SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – A new sports team is coming to Shreveport.
The Shreveport Rouxgaroux, an arena football team, will start playing in Shreveport soon. This comes after the city hasn’t had an arena team in about 10 years. The team held a news conference Thursday (Aug. 15) to make the announcement.
The team will play a 10-game season, with open tryouts starting Sept. 22.
