SHREVEPORT, La. – Caddo Parish could soon make history by becoming the nation’s first parish to guarantee early-learning access for every child who needs it.
Community Foundation director Kristi Gustavson presented new data to Caddo Parish commissioners today, highlighting recent progress in early education. The Shreveport-Bossier metro area reportedly improved or held its ranking in 30 of 41 community indicators, achieving the best results since 2015.
