Locals and visitors alike know that Shreveport is full of hidden gems. Shrevepossible would like to shine a light on Wade Marshall. Marshall has worked with Shreveport’s Millenium Studios and Shreveport Parks and Recreation (SPAR) and is deeply in tune with the heart of Shreveport. Marshall, originally from Shreveport, is a musical composer for film and television. He graduated from Centenary College with a Music Composition degree. Marshall moved to Los Angeles in 2001 to pursue a career in film composition. He came back to Shreveport in 2007 and immersed himself in the local film industry, running the former Millennium Studios.
“Currently I run Independence Stadium and the studio formerly known as Millennium Studios. I also continue to act as a film liaison for the city.” Some of Marshall’s most famous musical compositions have been featured in All My Children, Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, the Chelsea Lately Show, Pawn Stars, and the Late Show with Stephen Colbert, along with about 50 more. Marshall is currently helping to fast track the lease of Shreveport Bossier Film (formerly Millennium Studios) to Curtis Jackson, or more famously known as 50 Cent.
