It was a cold and windy fall day, Oct. 30, but local and state leaders, including Governor John Bel Edwards, gathered on the first level of 500 Fannin Street, commonly known as the Waggonner Building to break ground on what will become NWLA State Office Building.
“I am excited about the future. I’m excited about the future of our state and the northwest region of our state,” said Edwards.
