April 3 marked the official groundbreaking on the new Ronald McDonald house. The home will be built in the 9000 block of Susan Drive in Shreveport, situated behind Willis Knighton South.
“When the Ronald McDonald House approached us about the opportunity to build a house here in Shreveport. We definitely understood the need for the house,” said Jaf Fielder, President and CEO of Willis Knighton Health. “We’re fortunate to have the space for the Ronald McDonald House right here on our Willis Knighton South campus, which is home to our NICU and PICU services.”
