BOSSIER CITY, La. (KSLA) — More businesses are taking their blueprints right here to south Bossier City.
A construction site right across from Brookshire Grocery Arena and the Jimmie Davis Bridge will be home to a brand-new attraction and hotel.
The building is expected to be Red River Billiards. And it’s a pool hall that isn’t just for those that are 21 and up.
Even more businesses are coming over to Bossier City. The owner of The Painted Edge says he owned an office furniture store but wanted to brighten things up.
“So I had opened a Louisiana-themed gift shop inside and then its kinda branched off to its own painting with a twist-type deal,” Chad James said.
Also announced earlier this year is a $25 million project under construction right across from Margaritaville Casino. The new development will be home to Chasing Aces Golf and will provide a family-friendly sports environment.
Fun and leisure businesses seem to be on the rise.
