Local Company Names As One Of Nation’s Best
Hargrove Roofing has been listed as one of the Top 50 roofing companies in the nation – a significant milestone that took eight years to reach.
“We’re proud of the achievement, but we don’t want to get complacent. We want to continue to grow. Hopefully, we’ll be in the Top 25 next year,” said CEO Billy Hargrove.
The company has had a big year, moving to a brand-new facility in Shreveport, LA (where they’re headquartered) and expanding to ten branches across four states, with plans for more.
“It’s a busy time, but we’re enjoying it. I’m happy for our team. They deserve the recognition,” added Hargrove.
The company is certainly making its mark. Part of their impact comes from the number of people they employ, locally. They’ve roofed over 6,000 residential roofs in seven years – and that’s just in Shreveport-Bossier.

Sales Manager Rachel Osbon said: “I’m proud of how much we focus on the team. We‘re able to be selective when we interview potential employees. When I first started here back in ’17, we would take just about anyone. It’s not that way anymore.”
“Witnessing our growth has been phenomenal, especially as such a young company,” says CFO Anna Cox.
Cox thinks of her time at Hargrove as ‘the change she never knew she needed’.
