September is Library Card Sign-Up Month, and Shreve Memorial Library is joining the American Library Association and libraries nationwide to encourage you to roll out to your library. This year, I am so excited because the ALA has teamed with Skybound Entertainment and Hasbro to have the TRANSFORMERS franchise, featuring none other than Optimus Prime, as the official Library Card Sign-Up Month ambassador. Now, if you are like me, you grew up watching the TRANSFORMERS cartoons or maybe you are a fan of the recent live action movies. Either way, this September we are proving that, like the TRANSFORMERS, there is more than meets the eye with a library card.
