Property Manager Ben Rachal is nothing if not imaginative.

For more than a year, Rachal has managed the day-to-day of downtown Shreveport’s 21-story Louisiana Tower, one of the region’s tallest buildings. Its 345,000 square feet of space has officed banks and other financial institutions, a variety of companies both large and small – including The Shreveport-Bossier City Advocate – and more recently, governmental law enforcement space.
