A Food Truck is one of My Favorite Things to Spot at Any Event.
Growing up in California, I was used to seeing food truck parks and there were food trucks just about everywhere. Unfortunately in Shreveport-Bossier, we don’t have many, so the few that we have always seem to have a loyal following. What do you do if you want to have your very own food truck but don’t know where to start?
