SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – Shreveport Regional Arts Council has released the names of the three artists whose work has been selected for the water tower designs.
On May 22, the Shreveport Regional Arts Council (SRAC) announced the semifinalists for the murals for the Shreveport water towers, which are to be refurbished, repaired, and repainted with the chosen final designs.
